Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Enter and verify customer orders, handle phone calls and emails, address quotes and issues, update RMAs, and follow up on sales and quotes.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to manage accounts and relationships within a specific territory, prioritize tasks, plan workflows, and drive sales growth.
- Customer Database Management: Update customer, account, and opportunity information across various databases. Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend appropriate options.
- Quality System Support: Support ISO quality system standards, company quality policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Understand the competitive landscape and effectively communicate company differentiators and value.
- Training and Environment: Assist in training new employees as assigned by the supervisor and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience; minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Previous customer service or technical experience preferred.
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience. Salesforce experience.
