Position Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing financial data from designated business units on a monthly basis, requiring minimal oversight.

Your role will involve analyzing discrepancies and ensuring that financial information adheres to internal guidelines, external regulations, and standards for publicly traded companies.

You will report your findings and interpretations for managerial review and collaborate directly with business unit leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough account analysis and review supporting documentation and reconciliations.
2. Perform monthly evaluations of operational outcomes and financial statements, ensuring compliance with company policies, US GAAP, and statutory regulations.
3. Suggest necessary adjustments to financial data.
4. Develop and present financial schedules to management and external auditors.
5. Recommend enhancements to systems and work methodologies, ensuring continuous adaptation to business needs.
6. Actively participate in special projects or serve as a committee member as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of US GAAP for publicly traded companies.
- CPA or CPA eligibility is preferred.
- Familiarity with integrated accounting software.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g., discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages).
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
