Job Summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing and directing occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and direct occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
  • Function under physician's orders and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational therapy and maintain current licensure and certification.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA required.
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
  • One (1) year of experience preferred.
