The Senior Manager for Corporate Governance and Long Range Planning (LRP) is pivotal in enhancing organizational value and operational excellence in key areas:
- Overseeing the Global Long Range Plan (LRP) process;
- Conducting Corporate Financial Analysis and Reporting;
- Establishing corporate governance and strategizing the standardized application of OneStream.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuing the implementation of OneStream and transforming the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operating Model.
- Developing and executing corporate and business predictive analytics and artificial intelligence forecasting models.
- Leading the LRP process, supporting the annual performance planning, and collaborating directly with company leaders.
- Setting corporate governance strategies for the standardized use of OneStream.
- Participating in initiatives and cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing efficiencies in FP&A and other financial processes.
- Assisting in the development of the enterprise driver model for comprehensive modeling and scenario analysis.
- Conducting in-depth financial and economic analyses, preparing high-quality presentation materials for Board meetings and ongoing corporate strategy development.
- Providing insightful analysis for short-term incentive reporting.
- Acting as the primary contact for the finance organization to standardize and streamline improvements, remove obstacles, and enhance reporting reliability and efficiency.
- Offering mentorship and professional development opportunities to analysts, fostering a high-performance team environment aligned with company values and objectives.
- Utilizing strong analytical skills and a finance background to innovate best practices and manage implementation processes.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business services, accounting, or analytical roles.
- Preferred qualifications include CFA, CPA, or MBA.
- Advanced knowledge of OneStream is desirable.
- Experience in the chemical industry or manufacturing environment is preferred, with a strong emphasis on FP&A and analytical skills.
- Experience in financial data modeling and econometrics is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage process changes, with finance project management and implementation experience being advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, along with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Capability to make sound decisions while collaborating closely with the FP&A team and other business service functions.
