Job Summary

This role will be supporting business transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain Planning organization, working directly with the project team members in Supply Chain Transformation organization and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with key business processes and technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently develop project strategies and analytical approaches, interpreting benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes and tools for supply chain objectives.
  • Lead large cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Own complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provide findings resulting from project execution.
  • Collaborate with IT delivery teams for designated business areas and IT / SCTR Leadership to understand technical debt, areas of opportunity, and execution of the active portfolio to best inform roadmaps and future recommendations.
  • Consult with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities.
  • Work with key stakeholders as required to optimize supply chain solutions and provide input into new process capability requirements, driving an improved implementation experience and high adoption rate.
Requirements
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience inclusive of:
    • 2 years in a senior-level role
    • 5+ years' experience in WMS (WM iSeries and/or MAWM)
    • 2+ year's experience integrations with ERP systems like SAP required
    • Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Technology
    • Proven project and process management skillset
    • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
