We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team at Lakewood Retirement Community-LifeSpire. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Possess a current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community is preferred
  • Understanding of geriatric care and knowledge of the aging process
  • Excellent customer service skills
