Job Title: Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ACMC Family Home Health, a part of LHC Group. As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with patients and their families, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

* Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
* Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine the level of function and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

* Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Arkansas.
* Current CPR certification.
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
