  • Assist in planning social events as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; an advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with drafting, writing, and report collection.
  • Experience in the tug maritime sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital reporting and technical software related to engineering.
  • Understanding of maritime insurance and vendor management.
  • Experience working in maritime environments with safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills is required.

Licensure and Certifications

  • An active and valid driver's license is required.
  • A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Standard work hours are typically Monday to Friday, with potential for irregular hours based on business needs.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary for training or work-related events.
  • Work will be conducted in both office and field settings.

Special Projects

  • Assist management with special projects as requested, ensuring timely completion.
