About the Role

As a Caregiver at Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence and dignity.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Help residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
