About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Brookdale Admiral Heights. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Help residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, or move residents or equipment as needed.
