Job Summary: The Marine New Construction and Design Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. They serve as the primary point of contact for their clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value through additional products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Work with shipyards or marine engineering groups to secure projects currently being bid or built at a shipyard.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients to drive revenue.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and maximize value for both client and the company.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor key account metrics and performance indicators to proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
