Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Branch Growth: Formulate and implement a strategic sales approach to meet and surpass revenue objectives. Identify new client prospects, convert leads into sales, and nurture enduring partnerships.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted consultant to clients, recognizing their specific requirements and delivering tailored staffing solutions. Establish robust connections with local businesses and promote a collaborative, customer-focused strategy.
  • Team Development: Inspire and guide your team towards excellence. Provide continuous training and development opportunities to foster a high-performing team culture.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the efficient daily operations of the branch. Uphold compliance with company policies and seek opportunities for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, demonstrating a successful track record in sales and branch management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
