Core Responsibilities:
- Report Creation: Generate or enhance existing reports, including status updates, progress assessments, and milestone tracking, as needed by the organization. This task involves scrutinizing data sources, pinpointing key metrics, and presenting information in a clear and effective manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with program teams to establish a reporting cadence that aligns with project schedules and milestones. Ensure the timely provision of data to empower program managers and stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to comprehend their reporting needs and preferences. Modify reporting strategies to align with client expectations and deliver insightful analyses tailored to their requirements.
- Dashboard Development: Create user-friendly and interactive dashboards utilizing reporting tools and software. Tailor dashboards to meet specific client reporting demands, enabling users to easily interpret and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Data Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in report generation and data analysis.
- Expertise in reporting tools and software, including Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or patterns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality reports and dashboards.
