Our Corporate Engineering team is responsible for providing services and infrastructure that enable our success. We are hiring an experienced Senior Network Engineer to help scale our campus network infrastructure and zero trust framework as we continue our hyper-growth.

This role will be part of a new sub-team focused on Network / Cloud infrastructure and related SRE functions, reporting to the Head of Corporate Engineering.

The impact you will have:

  • You will design and develop highly available, redundant, and low latency company campus networks.
  • You will provide secure and performant infrastructure with a focus on delivering amazing experiences through technologies such as SD-WAN and WIFI6 solutions.
  • You will implement network automation for scale and predictability using languages and configuration as code such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • You will work with security and compliance teams to ensure seamless security design.
  • You will assist leadership in Capacity Planning, driving outcomes and network roadmap through network analytics and partner feedback.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building highly redundant network infrastructure for campus networks within a cloud infrastructure deployment and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Aruba Wireless, Aruba Clearpass, and Aruba Central Switching.
  • Experience with Python, Go, Ansible, Terraform or comparable.
  • Understanding of OSI Layer and its application.
  • Demonstrated experience in secure transport methods (SSH, TLS, IPSEC), IAM, VPCs and connectivity such as IaaS peering and VPN solutions.
  • Familiarity with APIs and designing solutions to leverage interfaces to build network automation or capabilities.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust IT security model.
  • Experience with implementation of network capabilities in AWS and hybrid scenarios.

Estimated salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Databricks offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
