Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Coordinator to join our team at Sharp Business Management Inc. in Cleveland, TX.

This role involves maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production, data entry, tracking metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Review production batch sheets for accuracy and compliance, entering data into NetSuite or spreadsheets as required.
  • Printing & Paperwork Management: Supply printed materials such as pick tickets, batch tickets, labels, and other supporting documentation to supervisors for successful production.
  • Production & Raw Material Reporting: Compile and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output, inventory levels, utilization, and performance indicators.
  • General Production Support: Work with the Production Manager and Scheduler as needed to communicate issues, complete small projects, and provide backup where possible.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in chemistry, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of ERP software, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle large amounts of data accurately, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
