Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 23-unit apartment community, Mission Briar Apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing and maintaining property integrity
  • Screening prospective residents and collecting rents
  • Serving notices and developing reports
  • Preparing agreements and administering landlord/tenant laws
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive resident experience
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
