Pella Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Anaplan Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting business solutions on the Anaplan platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business solutions on the Anaplan platform.
  • Model Building: Build and maintain complex Anaplan models to support business needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on Anaplan best practices.
  • Leadership: Lead design and strategic planning efforts to drive business outcomes.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentoring and leadership to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of Anaplan experience, with 4 years preferred.
  • Certification: Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 certification required, with Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Anaplan best practices, experience building complex Anaplan models, familiarity with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
