Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the front office team, ensuring efficient and effective patient flow.
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care, including consulting with patients on treatment options and verifying insurance payment and collection.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team, including scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
  • Review data day-to-day to evaluate the impact on the practice and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience in sales a plus.
