Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to support our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will conduct quality control checks, analyze samples, and maintain accurate records to ensure the quality and consistency of our products. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process. You will collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any issues related to product quality. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory/industrial laboratory equipment, conducting quality control checks, and collaborating with production and quality assurance teams. You will also participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field or military experience. A minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is required. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis is essential. You must have strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary. Knowledge of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM) is a plus.

Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.
