Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Rehab Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Must have an active AZ or Compact RN License.
  • Current AHA BLS at time of hire.
  • NIH Stroke Scale or completed within 90 days of hire.
  • EHAC/ACS Training as assigned within 90 days of hire.
