About the Role

The Digital Business Solutions Director will be responsible for establishing the strategic vision for core business services and the technologies they use at G & J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, technical architecture, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a roadmap to communicate to ELT and MGD General Manager on an annual basis
  • Work with Business Transformation team to implement business needs based on requirements and identified processes
  • Assume responsibility for the architectural design, implementation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing support of core systems
  • Provide direct leadership and coaching to the Person ERP Team to drive long-term organization capacity, bench strength, and growth
  • Drive adoption of tools and software made available through existing platforms while providing business continuity
  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications and align ERP architecture with overall system design

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8-10 years of previous experience in supporting cloud services for a similar-sized organization
  • Experience working with ERP Systems and related systems
  • Proficiency in IT domains such as technical architecture, ERP architecture, Dynamics 365, VIP, Lift, PepsiCo System Integration, OT1, EDI, Identity Management, Role Based Security, Office 365

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
