Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. This role will report directly to the Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager and will be responsible for providing regular reporting and analysis on revenue-related items, as well as owning and managing other projects to support the revenue cycle department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on revenue-related items
  • Own and manage projects to support the revenue cycle department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, coding, state and federal programs, and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
