Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health - 415 Jack Martin Boulevard. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide and administer respiratory care therapy and supportive equipment to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory therapy under medical direction, including intubation assistance and ventilator set-up and management.
  • Evaluate patient needs, including patient-specific disease education and testing, and consult with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Develop a rapport and mutual respect with patients, caregivers, and team members to foster an optimum environment for goal achievement.
  • Provide and document education to patients and caregivers based on identified needs.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
