Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to join our team at CRG. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects, handling artifacts, and driving results with different stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a 6-month contract with multiple extensions (indefinite) position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $70+. As a Project Manager IV, you will oversee all aspects of project implementation, including defining project scope, objectives, and budgets. You will also plan and direct schedules, monitor product/program/project from initiation through delivery, and interface with customers on technical and non-technical matters.

Responsibilities

* Handle artifacts, discuss with different stakeholders, and other teams to drive results.
* Responsible for all aspects of development/implementation of a systems project or program involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a computer-based system from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
* Provide a single point of contact for projects.
* Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
* Define project scope and objectives.
* Oversee/coordinating all aspects of project and serve as project manager between clients, systems, line management, and other departments.
* Plan and direct schedules as well as project budgets.
* Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters.
* Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
* Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
* Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables.
* Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
* May provide technical/analytical guidance to project team.
* Recommend/take action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.

Qualifications

* 7-10 years of experience - Sr person that can take on multiple projects.
* Prior app implementation experience with multiple integrations.
* Good communication skills.
* A part of mature/established PMO.
* Experience with process improvements for PMOs.
