Construction Project Coordinator

REEDS Jewelers is a leading retail jeweler with a strong presence in the US. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of store repair and maintenance projects.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail construction or repair and maintenance, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing all store repair and maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal partners to ensure efficiency. This position is REMOTE and requires a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all store repair and maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot and dispatch repair requests
- Complete project closeout and lien wavier process
- Support construction manager in major construction projects
- Maintain project and expense status sheets
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail construction or repair and maintenance preferred
- Proof of valid driver's license and insurance required
- Computer proficient; Microsoft Office, Excel, and AS400
- Must be organized and able to work as a team associate
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
