About the Role

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer II to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement graphic design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve design goals.
  • Meet all department and corporate business requirements, including those regarding work hours, conduct, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Three to four years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Strong graphic design portfolio required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Proficient in producing design work aligned with brand requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
