Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a vital role in helping clients discover their unique beauty potential. You will be responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations, demonstrating product application techniques, and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Personalized Beauty Experiences: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them achieve their desired look and feel.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
  • Provide Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of exciting sales events and promotions.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Competitive Hourly Rate: $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
Flexibility: Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
