Job Summary
The Clinical Compliance Specialist at Universal Health Services will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and health plan standards. As a key member of the healthcare operations team, this individual will oversee delegated and compliance operations, manage audits, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of necessary follow-up actions.

About the Role
This challenging and rewarding position offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in internal and external meetings, and assist in the development and validation of reports regarding audits.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee delegated and compliance operations with health plans
* Manage audits and ensure timely completion of necessary follow-up actions
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business leaders and medical staff services
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in internal and external meetings and training sessions

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Medical Management, Utilization Review, or a similar field. They will also have a strong command of regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with developing and implementing auditing and monitoring processes is highly desirable.
