Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and address IT Help Desk support inquiries (including phone calls, emails, chats, tickets, and in-person visits) for all personnel within the HSO organization.
  • Communicate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user issues, coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Document all issues, communications, and resolutions within the HSO Ticketing System.
  • Develop documentation for frequently encountered issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex user or system challenges.
  • Support the IT department with various projects as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance for urgent matters.
  • Continuously learn and familiarize oneself with the HSO IT environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in IT support is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and thoroughness in work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to change and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and information security principles.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call and off-hours support as necessary.
  • Regular travel to various HealthSource locations is required.
