Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas, including merchandising and restocking as needed.">

• Point of Sale Transactions: Process POS purchases efficiently and effectively.">
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to customers.">
• Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns and exchanges of merchandise in accordance with company policies.">

• Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and processing shipments as needed.">

Requirements:

We're Looking for:

• Proven Retail Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in a similar position.">
• Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.">
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.">
• Basic Math and Inventory Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory procedures.">
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.">
• Lifting and Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and comfortable with using ladders or stairs.">
