Nationwide Fixture Installations is a leader in the millwork and fixture installation industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Millwork Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our commercial and retail fixture installation projects. About the Role:
We are offering a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of installations, and maintaining accurate records and reports. A strong working knowledge of architectural drawings, shop drawings, and fixturing floorplans is essential, as is a commitment to job site safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project schedules and ensure timely completion of installations
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including time sheets, expense reports, and progress photos
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and other sub-contractors to deliver exceptional results
- Ensure adherence to company standards and quality control procedures
- Lead and manage a team of finish carpenters

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in finish carpentry or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams
- Strong working knowledge of woodworking hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
