Perkins Restaurants Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Perkins Restaurants. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Take verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
  • Serve high-quality food and check all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly, and attractive in appearance.
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
