Orthopedic Trauma Care Specialist

Our 3 West unit is a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients. We pride ourselves on providing specialized care for patients with planned joint replacements, orthopedic trauma, and other medical conditions.
We offer a comprehensive orientation program that fosters an energetic learning environment. Our team works closely together to ensure that all new co-workers are ready to provide excellent, compassionate, and service-oriented care to our patient population.
As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will assess, implement, plan, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy. You will relate effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care.
Requirements:- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License
- Maintain a current BLS certification from American Heart Association
- BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire
- Med-Surg certification preferred and encouraged
