Biblical Studies Professor

Corban University seeks a qualified Biblical Studies Professor to join its faculty. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Biblical Studies, Old Testament, and Hebrew, including general education Bible, upper-division Old Testament, and graduate Old Testament and Hebrew. This full-time position includes teaching twenty-four credits. The ideal candidate will be able to champion School of Ministry programs and teach the subject matter in a manner that fully embraces the university's Statement of Faith.

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Biblical Studies, Old Testament, and Hebrew
• Develop and implement innovative pedagogies and platforms for engaged learning
• Advise students and develop course schedules and syllabi
• Perform biblical integration in line with Corban's Statement of Faith
• Participate in School of Ministry global initiatives and work closely with the School of Ministry team to accomplish its mission

• Ph.D. in Biblical Studies and/or Old Testament from a regionally accredited or Association of Theological Schools accredited institution
• Significant vocational ministry and formal teaching experience
• Evangelical Christian commitment and lifestyle consistent with the university's mission
