As a key player in the world's leading pizza enterprise, the Senior Supply Chain Operations Leader will oversee a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing and distribution within a high-energy supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Leader will manage three critical areas: Dough Production & Sanitation, Warehouse Operations (inbound and outbound), and Maintenance. This role is pivotal in supporting the strategic objectives of the stores serviced by the supply chain center.

Operational Leadership
  • Enhance EBITDA and Profit-Sharing metrics by minimizing unnecessary operational expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and all relevant regulations.
  • Propose strategies for operational efficiency and productivity enhancement.
  • Oversee departmental staffing levels to maintain optimal operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to decisions regarding product delivery to corporate and franchise locations.
  • Guarantee consistent inventory oversight, product quality assurance, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Establish processes that positively influence:
    • Delivery Precision
    • Outstanding Customer Service
    • Product Management and Handling
  • Implement strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the team, customers, and stakeholders in the absence of the Director.
Financial Oversight
  • Provide insights for financial strategies impacting the Supply Chain Center.
  • Assist in formulating the annual operating budget and conducting the annual Business Review.
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities in collaboration with Team Leaders while maintaining operational integrity.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to pinpoint strengths and areas needing improvement.
  • Manage and track capital budgets and improvements.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and franchisees.
  • Exemplify engaging, solution-focused behaviors that enhance service level agreements and relationship management.
  • Promote inclusive practices that strengthen the overall success of the Domino's brand.
Team Development
  • Provide vision and direction to all personnel within the Supply Chain Center.
  • Establish clear, measurable objectives for each team member to drive performance.
  • Create a workplace culture that attracts exceptional talent and recognizes high performance.
  • Build individual relationships with team members to foster engagement.
  • Monitor team dynamics and advise Managers on personnel matters, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure accountability at all leadership levels.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate performance, and address employee concerns.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to boost productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Managers to prepare labor schedules.
  • Consult with Human Resources on matters of hiring, retention, and team member relations.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Support the growth of leaders by providing mentorship and development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and/or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a successful track record in an operational setting.

  • Proven ability to meet operational goals and deliver results.
