Available Work Schedules:

Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3 PM - 1 AM

Weekend Day Shift: Friday to Sunday, 5 AM - 5 PM

Weekend Night Shift: Friday to Sunday, 5 PM - 5 AM (Training required on Weekend Day Shift)

Role Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating transfer presses to fulfill production and quality standards. Key duties include:

  • Managing press operations while adhering to established checklists, procedures, and protocols.
  • Employing precision measuring tools (such as calipers and micrometers) for quality assurance.
  • Effectively utilizing PLEX production management software.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Conducting mechanical adjustments, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment issues.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical proficiency
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents
  • Experience working with large-scale press machinery
  • Key attributes include intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm for machinery, a positive mindset, self-discipline, and alignment with AMMO's mission
  • Professional demeanor, capacity to perform under pressure, and dedication to quality and skill enhancement

Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour
