Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to employees across all levels regarding HR practices and procedures, employing conflict resolution strategies to foster team unity.
  • Ensure adherence to HR-related state and federal regulations and employment laws, making necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and prepare documentation and schedules to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, collaborating with various departments.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulations such as EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and WPFML.
  • Oversee the performance review process, offering tools, guidance, and training to managers and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and current personnel records and files.
  • Address personnel-related concerns as needed.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims effectively.
  • Administer bi-monthly payroll through a third-party service.
  • Engage in the Company Safety Committee initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Skills in training and development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience with HR software and technology.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • SHRM-CP certification is mandatory.
