  • Licensing and monitoring traditional and relative foster homes.
  • Conducting background checks and gathering information for the licensing process.
  • Preparing licensing home studies.
  • Recruiting new foster homes and handling inquiries regarding foster care.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in social work or a related field.
  • 2 years' experience working in child welfare or a related field.
  • Ability to pass the licensing test and Child Care Act exam.
