Job Summary

We're looking for a Store Leader who can inspire and lead our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and maintain a clean and high-energy store environment. As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for managing store operations, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue, including suggestive selling and inventory management
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Maintain a clean and high-energy store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Communicate effectively with the district leader and other stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations
  • Participate in weekly calls with peers and district leader to discuss store performance and share best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-unit store management experience
  • Fashion industry experience, preferably in apparel
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Shopify POS
  • Strong integrity and self-awareness
  • Experience as an apparel buyer
