About the Role:

  • Bake all of the fresh bread and pastries that our cafes need each day
  • Maintain our high standards of flavor and quality
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed

  • Support your manager and team as needed

Requirements:

  • Love baking – even if you're a beginner (we provide training)
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
  • Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
  • Like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
  • Be committed to food safety
  • Have your own transportation to drive to other locations as needed
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

We're a closed company on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
