Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client properties, performing various lawn care tasks, and ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, blowing, and bed maintenance
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Report equipment issues to the Shop Manager and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Driver's License
  • Clean insurable driving record/MVR required
  • Ability to lift 60lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Experience with lawn care equipment and techniques
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate ($21-$23 per hour)
  • Monday – Thursday schedule (occasionally Fridays during the busy season)
