Carter Hospitality Group is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Kitchen Sanitation Specialist. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including paid leave, insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand-washing dishes and utilizing dishwashing machines as required.
  • Transporting supplies and equipment between storage and work areas manually or with a hand truck.
  • Restocking dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cleaning floors, work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Disposing of trash and garbage in designated areas.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned, which may include loading/unloading supply trucks, setting up banquet tables, and assisting with food preparation.
  • Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Complying with company and departmental safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and machinery.
  • Handling, storing, and labeling hazardous substances in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Participating in mandatory meetings as directed.
  • Engaging in cross-training and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or dishwashing is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance in line with company standards.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
