Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock your station with all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff.
  • Follow the instructions of the Executive or Sous Chef.
  • Clean up your station and manage leftover food.
  • Manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure that food is served simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely manner.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Utilize hand tools or machines required, read recipes, measure, cut, and work on materials with precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior hospitality or kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Proven cooking experience.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Consistent attendance in accordance with our standards.
