We are seeking a highly motivated Mobility Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a licensed Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with various healthcare facilities in Fairfield, United States.
Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and post-care routines to promote independence and self-management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and monitor treatment progress to inform future care decisions.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States with a minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a travel setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Flexibility to travel and work in diverse healthcare environments while maintaining high standards of care.
- CPR and First Aid certification as a testament to your commitment to patient safety.
Salary and Benefits
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per annum, accompanied by travel and housing stipends to support your professional endeavors.
