VAL-CO, a prominent name in the commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment sector, is actively recruiting for Full-Time Press Operators at our facility in Coldwater, Ohio. The work schedule consists of Monday through Thursday, during the 2nd Shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

Compensation: Up to $22.05 per hour, with overtime pay at time and a half for hours exceeding 40.

Benefits:

  • PTO available after 90 days of employment.
  • Weekly pay schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate O.B.I. press machines and CNC-controlled brake presses.
  • Comply with all safety protocols established by the company.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation.
  • Follow instructions provided by trainers and supervisors diligently.
  • Propose improvement ideas to enhance work processes for the benefit of all employees.

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided on-site.
