## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Alumus. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in the comfort of their own homes.
## Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and education on disease processes
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and chart nurses' notes in a clear and descriptive manner
* Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and report any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing
## Qualifications
* Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required or Compact State license
* Minimum of 2 years LPN/LVN experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
