Medical Assistant

Primecare Community Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to our healthcare providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform basic patient assessment activities, including vital signs and medical screenings
- Assist with procedures and services, such as administering immunizations and injections
- Collect and test specimens, as required
- Document all service rendered in the electronic health record
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant training program completion preferred
- Experience in a medical practice, laboratory, or hospital setting beneficial
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant recognition encouraged
- Current provider-level BLS CPR certification required
