Job Summary

At SP+, we are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Drivers to join our team. As a Valet Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring the safe handling of their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every moment matters for our clients.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Parking: Inspect each vehicle before parking it, noting any findings and ensuring that it is safely parked.
  • Communication and Explanation: Clearly explain valet rates to customers and provide them with a seamless transportation experience.
  • Safe Driving Practices: Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times, ensuring the safety of our clients and their vehicles.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Report any accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, or policy violations to management in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Manual Transmission Experience: Have experience driving a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work special shifts, including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends, as needed.
  • Eligibility to Work: Be eligible to work legally in the U.S. and provide valid documentation if hired.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
