Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in the planning and provision of therapy under physician's orders. Your primary focus will be to assist clients in accomplishing activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

* Plan and provide occupational therapy services to clients under physician's orders
* Assist clients in achieving their goals and improving their functional abilities
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Washington Occupational Therapist License
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
* National Provider Identifier (NPI) number

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in an acute care facility
