The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role at Taylor 2 Opco LLC is an excellent opportunity for individuals to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. As a CNA, you will provide basic nursing assistance and support daily living activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a CNA. In this role, you will assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair care, and incontinence care. You will also obtain food trays, assist residents with feeding, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be certified as a CNA in the state of employment, and have six months of experience in a long-term care environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to react decisively in emergency situations are essential.
